Now Hiring - Retail Sales Support - BASE PAY + TIPS and COMMISSION in Saint Helena, CA

Rombauer Vineyards seeks a dedicated and passionate Retail Sales Support professional to join our team and work for our family-owned winery of more than 40 years! The successful candidate will be based primarily at our destination winery with jaw-dropping views in the Northern part of the Napa Valley, in beautiful St. Helena.

Under the direct supervision of the Hospitality and Retail Sales Manager, this position is responsible for assisting with the smooth running of the Retail Sales Room. Daily tasks include greeting customers; ensuring the Wine Educators have clean glassware; maintaining cleanliness of the patio grounds and Retail Sales Room; stocking wine, merchandise, and service items; packing wine for shipments, and assisting customers with wine purchases. And above all else, be the primary customer service representative of Rombauer Vineyards ensuring the highest quality of customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position: Wednesday - Sunday from 9:30am - 6:00pm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated with commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
• Ability to operate a phone, computer, iPad and POS register
• Ability to assist in preparing and closing the Retail Sales Room for business each day

Position Requirements:

• Must be a team player and able to collaborate with others
• Well organized and able to manage priorities
• Proficiency in Commerce 7 and Tock a plus
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Self-starter, clear communicator, and a positive team player.
• Must be 21 years or older.
